How are specimens transported to HavenCryo™?

HavenCryo uses specialized tanks designed to maintain temperature during transport. We ship our tanks using specialized couriers that provide tracking for each shipment. Shipments are sent from our facility Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend deliveries.

How do I arrange shipment of my tissue to Havencryo?

Set up an account with HavenCryo to complete necessary paperwork. Once complete, we coordinate the transport of your reproductive tissue with your fertility clinic. Your clinic may request additional documentation from you before they can authorize the shipment.

What payment methods does HavenCryo accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Is there a risk for shipping my tissue?

While there is inherent risk with any transportation of cryopreserved tissue, HavenCryo goes above and beyond to ensure the safety and security of each shipment. All our equipment has been validated for efficacy and our procedures have been developed with the industry’s leading experts

What is the process when I want to move my tissue back to another clinic or center?

A signed consent to ship embryos authorization is required to ship embryos from HavenCryo. Once the authorization is received, your tissue may be sent to the clinic of your choice and shipping fees may apply.

Will I receive confirmation that my tissue arrived safely at HavenCryo?

Yes, once your embryos are received, we will send a letter to indicate your embryos arrival at our state-of-the-art cryopreservation facility.

Does HavenCryo store potentially infectious tissue?
